Ingredients
Bourbon Whiskey
2 oz
Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz
Simple Syrup
1/2 oz
Egg White
1/2 oz
Angostura Bitters
2 dashes
Recipe
Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled, about 30 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Dash Angostura bitters on top of the foam and garnish with a lemon twist.
